Known as bagasse, and they're very sturdy, strong andfully compostable- just toss these in with the food scraps. Ideal for hot and cold food items like nacho chips with melted cheese with salsa or guac on the side, or for fruit platters with warmed sweet dips, they can be used to serve food portions to pets and animals.
